Accessibility

Statement last reviewed: August 25, 2026

Intavant is committed to providing accessible digital experiences and to improving the accessibility of Scoblade for people with disabilities. Our goal is for the website, platform interfaces, documentation, and service components we control to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

Our approach

Accessibility is considered as part of design, development, content creation, review, and remediation. Our efforts include:

  • using semantic structure, meaningful labels, and accessible interaction patterns;
  • supporting keyboard operation, visible focus, appropriate color contrast, zoom, reflow, and reduced-motion preferences;
  • reviewing forms, messages, navigation, headings, landmarks, and dynamic interface behavior;
  • using axe-core automated testing together with manual keyboard and assistive-technology review; and
  • tracking reported barriers and addressing them according to their impact.

Automated tools identify only some accessibility issues. We include manual review because conformance and usability cannot be determined by an automated scan alone.

Scope

Our accessibility efforts cover:

  • the public scoblade.com website;
  • Scoblade customer administration interfaces;
  • player and content-delivery interfaces controlled by Intavant; and
  • Scoblade documentation and support content.

Customers may upload or link to course packages, media, documents, learning-management-system interfaces, and other content that Intavant did not create and cannot fully control. Customers are responsible for the accessibility of their content. We nevertheless welcome reports when the way Scoblade hosts, launches, or presents customer content creates an accessibility barrier.

Conformance status and ongoing work

We are working toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance across the scope described above. Because Scoblade includes evolving interfaces and integrations with customer and third-party content, some areas may not yet fully meet that target. This statement describes our accessibility goal and efforts; it is not a representation that every page, feature, integration, or customer-provided item currently conforms.

Accessibility assistance

If you cannot access information or complete a task, contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information, feature, or support through an accessible alternative while we investigate the barrier.

Feedback and contact

Email [email protected] or use our contact form. We aim to acknowledge accessibility messages within two business days.

It is helpful, but not required, to include:

  • the page, feature, or course involved;
  • what you were trying to do;
  • the browser, device, or assistive technology you were using; and
  • the format or alternative that would help.

Please do not include passwords or sensitive personal information. We will use information submitted in an accessibility request to respond, investigate, improve the service, and maintain appropriate records.
