A franchise or partner network can share the same products and procedures while using very different training systems. One partner may have a large LMS team; another may have one person who also handles operations. Getting an approved course into those systems is a continuing coordination task.
Scoblade gives your central training team one place to host courses, manage each partner’s access, and review the learning records that come back. Partners use their own compatible LMSs to assign and launch the training.
Give each partner the training they need
Set up each franchisee or partner as a client in Scoblade. Assign individual courses or collections, such as onboarding, product knowledge, or operating procedures. Their administrator receives a small SCORM launcher for each course and imports it into their LMS.
This gives your team a clear record of which content belongs with which partner. You can offer a shared core library and additional courses for particular products or responsibilities. A regional or language edition can be maintained as its own course where the content needs to differ.
Access dates and learner limits are available when your agreements call for them. You can also manage course assignments without putting a cap on learners. When a relationship ends or a partner’s responsibilities change, update their access centrally. New launches are checked against the remaining active entitlements; a session already running can finish.
Make a procedure change easier to distribute
A new product or revised operating procedure should not require weeks of replacement-file reminders. With full package delivery, each partner has to find the right person to import the update, test it, and confirm that it is live. That can leave different parts of the network using different instructions.
With Scoblade, your team uploads and previews the revised course, then activates the approved version. Existing launchers use it for new sessions. Partners do not need to replace their LMS packages for routine content changes, and sessions already open continue on their existing version until they end.
For changes that affect saved progress, test whether learners can resume safely or should restart. If a partner needs to retain an earlier approved edition, use a separate course entry for that edition and manage the transition explicitly.
Use one hosted library for internal and external training
If all your learners belong to partner organizations with their own LMSs, you may not need to run an LMS yourself. Scoblade can manage distribution while each partner provides enrollment, assignments, and the learner portal.
If you also train your own staff, use Scoblade launchers in your internal LMS as well. The same hosted courses can then serve both groups. Your authors maintain the content in one library, and your team can review activity across those delivery arrangements.
Scoblade does not supply the surrounding learner portal. A partner without a compatible LMS still needs a way to enroll learners and launch the courses. Identifying that early helps you choose a workable delivery arrangement for each part of the network.
See where training is being used
Central reports let you review activity and completions by client, along with the scores, time, and interactions courses report. This can help you spot a partner that has begun a rollout, one with little activity, or a course that deserves a closer look.
Those records show the learners who reach Scoblade. They do not automatically provide each partner’s complete staff roster or the number of people expected to take the course. To assess rollout coverage, compare the activity with the partner’s own enrollment or staffing information.
CSV exports support progress discussions with partners. When someone reports a technical problem, available browser, session, and error diagnostics can help the central team investigate alongside the local administrator. Agree in advance which learner information you need and who should receive it.
Build a repeatable partner onboarding process
Start with one partner, one shared course, and a named LMS contact. Import the launcher, check a learner’s completion and resume behavior, and confirm that both teams can find the records they need. Then test a course update through the existing launcher.
Use what you learn to prepare a short onboarding guide for the rest of the network: who supplies packages, who assigns training, how updates are announced, and where support requests go. Scoblade handles the central delivery; clear responsibilities make the rollout work.
